It’s a party-pleasing menu suited to a cool, crisp fall evening. For starters: Pear, Dried Fruit & Candied Walnut Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette. Taking center stage: Spinach & Mushroom Stuffed Roasted Pork Loin with Mushroom Gravy, Truffle Oil-infused Mashed Potatoes, and Tangy cranberry sauce flavored with a fruit-based vinegar. Our Wusthof Representative, Andrew, will be in-store for knife sharpening from 2:00pm-5:00pm! (Limit 3 knives) This is an excellent time to get your favorite + most used knives sharpened and check out all of the Holiday specials from the Wusthof line! Knife Skill Class: 6pm - Join us as Andrew from Wusthof teaches you to handle your knives like a pro! In this hands-on class you will learn to grip, chop, cut, dice, slice, and more! $10 fee to reserve your spot, but registration fee can be applied towards the purchase of a new knife.
